Join our team at | CareerBuilder Greece today! is looking for an energetic, motivated Account Executive, Inside Sales professional to join our Sales team.
The Account Executive, Inside Sales will report directly to the Sales Manager.
Suitable candidates will be responsible for the entire sales process from making cold calls, to closing deals, and ultimately managing their account base.

Job Requirements


  • Prospecting and identifying opportunities to acquire new business – this is a “hunter" role
  • Cold-calling key decision makers
  • Gathering data from prospective and existing clients in order to uncover their problems and identify impact areas
  • Thinking strategically to create customized solutions that provide value to clients’ bottom line
  • Conducting tailored web-based presentations over the phone to showcase our unique business partnership model and wide product.
  • Driving revenue by effectively addressing the client's business need and closing deals over the phone
  • Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline


Job Requirements: 

  • Monitored outbound sales calls per day
  • Conduct sales appointments over the phone
  • Utilize tools like PowerPoint to create effective presentations
  • Identify key decision makers inside companies
  • Leads will be provided and there will be opportunity to self-source to grow the business
  • New hire and ongoing sales training is provided by


Necessary Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 6 months of inside or outside sales with cold calling experience, with proven record of accomplishment
  • Ability to self-motivate – high-performance environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation and time management skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills – ability to make decisions quickly
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; particularly Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Recruitment experience is a plus, but not needed
