Job Description

The Hiring Solutions team of Kariera.gr is looking, on behalf of a client, a leading company in the field of Customer Service, master dealer of Elpedison, an: 

Inside Sales Executive B2B

 Responsibilities: 

  • Conducting outbound calls to potential clients in order to achieve direct sales and investigate the possibility of selling extra services
  • Presenting services/products & sending information material if need
  • Collecting specific data regarding the current status of the clients
  • Scheduling and managing meetings between the client and the area account executive, in case selling via phone is not doable
  • Managing customer issues regarding received services and escalating them to the appropriate departments for resolve
  • Building a trustful relationship with clients & following up regarding the completion or not of the sale process
  • Preparing and completing reports regarding his activity
  • Making regular meetings with his team in order to inform them about market issues (competition, offers, improvement of processes etc.)

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1 year previous experience in a similar role in telesales
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • Basic knowledge of using computer
  • Customer Service approach
  • Dynamic & team player
  • Communication & negotiation skills
