Job Description

Our Hiring Solutions Team, on behalf of a client company, is looking for a  Romanian Speaking Payments Agent for its Payments Department. The main objective of the role is to ensure that customers are paid consistently and in an accurate timely manner.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Check all withdrawals for processing following a complex ‘checklist’ and procedures
  • Check all incoming emails and follow up queries from other departments
  • Ensure daily check of all pending withdrawals and approve/process any of them if needed
  • Ensure that all issues regarding payments are handled correctly and timely
  • Reconcile bank/provider payments and keep organized records
  • Process all approved withdrawals daily and timely
  • Always be update with company's product, promos, policy and changes as required
  • Collaborate with professionalism with colleagues & shifts leaders regarding cases/problems that need further investigation and follow up

Requirements:

  • Excellent (Native) knowledge of Romanian Language
  • Fluent knowledge of English & preferably Greek language
  • Familiarity using computer & Microsoft Office applications
  • Confidentiality & service orientation
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow a set of rules
  • Agility and eager to work in a fast paced-team environment
  • Ability to work in shifts
