Join our team at | CareerBuilder Greece today! is looking for energetic, motivated sales professional to join our Field Sales team.  The Senior Account Executive is responsible for selling CareerBuilder's suite of products, from small deals to complex solutions that align with the client's vision.


Areas of focus

  • Identify multiple decision makers throughout organizations and present impactful data and information to illustrate their pains and propose meaningful solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to your clients by identifying and consulting with key decision makers to understand their business needs and build a business case for’s | CareerBuilder solutions
  • Ability to uncover qualified business opportunities, leverage the company's expertise, industry profile, and knowledge of the industry to contact potential buyers
  • You will become a subject matter expert on human resources, recruitment landscape, and how the economy impacts today's workforce.
  • Schedule meetings, trainings, and demonstrations for sales prospects
  • Strategic and organized thinking in working to eagerly generate and cultivate relationships
  • You are able to articulate the value of new services to your existing client base and continue to expand the business with a set of nationwide accounts who currently partner with CareerBuilder.
  • Responsible for writing proposals and strategizing deals
  • Tenacious and driven, you are truly passionate about helping your clients become more efficient and profitable.
  • Perform as a key member of a fast-paced sales team with skills in strategically managing & developing revenue opportunities
  • Be a positive representative of | CareerBuilder and its brand in the marketplace
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

Job Requirements


  • 3 years of experience with B2B sales
  • Experience with conceptual sales, solution selling and value-based selling
  • Experience selling to HR buyers
  • Able to self-motivate and work independently
  • Able to think creatively and independently
  • Proven track record of sales success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating new business
  • Strong presentation skills; comfortable in front of senior leadership and decision makers
  • Consistent successful history meeting/exceeding monthly/annual sales quotas
  • High activity sales cycle for selling existing and new solutions
  • Experience selling to C-Suite buyers
  • Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Strong sense of initiative and desire to achieve
  • SAAS sales experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree is a must
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
  • MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent Knowledge of English Language
  • Driver’s License
